Job Summary:

As a maintenance technician, you must carry out the tasks of said department, with the main objective of ensuring the necessary preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with hotel regulations while maintaining a good state of the establishment's assets and facilities. For this reason, we are looking for someone who has experience (it will be valued if it is in the hotel sector) and with a great vocation for this department.

Principal Functions:

- Maintenance of hotel facilities

- Attend to maintenance incidents that arise throughout the day

- Report all incidents to the head of the department and the management system, as well as other necessary departments

- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance of all facilities

- Comply with the orders and tasks assigned by the Head of the department.

- Apply safety and evacuation rules in case of accident, fire, etc.

- Give support in administrative tasks: receiving orders, inventory control, etc.

- Repair parts and incidents detected in rooms, common areas, restaurants, and different areas of the hotel

- Carry out the necessary tests to guarantee the safe and effective operation of the facilities.

- Act under the previously established safety, hygiene and environmental protection standards.

- Carry out any other task that has been assigned by the Head of the department

Skills and requirements:

- High capacity for resolving incidents

- Proactivity

Experience and training:

- Studies: degree or superior cycle and/or professional training in Maintenance, electricity or similar.

- Languages: English essential

- Previous experience of 1 to 2 years in a similar position (it will be valued if it is in the hotel sector).

- Others: Desirable to have knowledge in office automation, as well as in electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, etc.
