Currently, we operate accommodations and restaurants in cities such as Barcelona, Madrid, Sevilla, San Sebastián, Miami, Bogotá, Chía and Lima with the brands Yurbban, UMA Suites, and The Spot. We are continually seeking talent as we want to have the best profiles passionate about the sector, with know-how that allows us to achieve goals and fulfill our mission of "creating accommodation experiences that exceed our customers' expectations."  


We are looking for someone who will be responsible to guarantee the alignment of the best quality guest experience at our hotels in Miami Beach (Uma House by Yurbban, Casa Boutique Hotel, Crest Hotel & Suites, Aqua Hotel and future openings) as well as coordinate social events in our hotels venues to maximize brand exposure. This position based on Miami will work along with the Marketing Department Team located at the HQ in Barcelona.

 


About the role:

Anticipate guest needs and own the guest journey ensuring every touch point is aligned with our brand and delivers a unique experience.

Welcome and follow up press and media site visits, as well as influencers/content creators stays, to maximize the hotel's exposure.

Work closely with the front desk team in order to guarantee an excellent concierge service to attract guests and make them loyal to the brand.

Coordinate and host hotel events & activities program for guests and locals, ensuring that the hotel is perceived as a hotspot where things are always happening.

Generate content (photos, text and videos) of hotel happenings and memorable moments and send them to our Community Manager to nurture our social media channels.

Select local suppliers to produce marketing materials according to the budgets and follow up production process.

Identify local partnerships and collaboration opportunities with other local businesses and organizations to drive the hotel's visibility.

Support Sales Team with site visits of potential customers, either for hotel accommodation or the hotel as an event venue.

Collaborate with other departments of the hotel to ensure that the brand is promoted cohesively across all channels.

 

 

What do you need?

StudiesBachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.

LanguagesProfessional English and Spanish required. Third language will be desirable

Minimum experience: 2 years in a similar role in the hospitality sector.

Others: Well-connected with the key opinion leaders in the area and updated in the Miami lifestyle trends. Flexible availability is a must.
