As a Housekeeping Supervisor at our esteemed hotel in bustling Miami, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining impeccable cleanliness and upholding our high standards of guest satisfaction. We are seeking an experienced individual with exceptional leadership skills to oversee our housekeeping team and ensure the utmost quality in our accommodations. 


Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness, order, and compliance with hotel standards. 

Train, motivate, and evaluate housekeeping personnel, ensuring adherence to procedures and quality benchmarks. 

Inspect rooms and common areas regularly to guarantee cleanliness and proper maintenance. 

Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and maintain an efficient workflow. 

Manage inventory, stock supplies, and collaborate with procurement for necessary housekeeping materials. 

Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally. 

Implement and enforce safety and sanitation policies to ensure a healthy environment. 


Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the housekeeping department of a hotel or similar establishment. 

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. 

In-depth knowledge of housekeeping procedures, equipment, and cleaning products. 

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure. 

Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages, especially Spanish, is advantageous. 

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
