Currently, we operate accommodations and restaurants in cities such as Barcelona, Madrid, Sevilla, San Sebastián, Miami, Bogotá, Chía and Lima with the brands Yurbban, UMA Suites, and The Spot. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our sales team at the Smart Rooms Company, providing sales for 3 small boutique hotels located in the vibrant city of Miami Beach. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive sales efforts, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and implementing strategic sales initiatives. This position requires a proven track record in hotel sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.



Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize hotel occupancy.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key stakeholders in the hospitality industry.

• Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations to secure group bookings, corporate accounts, and other sales opportunities.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, sales collateral, and targeted marketing campaigns.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.

• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

• Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and generate leads.



Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in the Miami beach area.

• English and Spanish language are a must. Third language a plus.

• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software a plus.

• Knowledge of the Miami Beach market and familiarity with local industry trends and competitors is preferred.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasional travel as needed.
